Training: How to manage EU-funded projects

This course is aimed for persons who are or will be involved in the implementation team of an EU-funded project. The experienced trainers will deliver information on important topics such as: project management tools, implementing the project in line with the Manual of Procedures, meeting the Grant Agreement obligations, adhering to public procurement regulations, submitting claims for reimbursement etc.  The format of the training will also include interactive and practical sessions, where participants will acquire hands-on practice into applying for funds. Participants will also meet experts in the field of project management that have implemented or are currently implementing EU-funded projects.

Funding Support is able to cater for tailor-made training sessions on EU Funds, Planning a Project, Project Management and Public Procurement. These training sessions will be designed in line with the training needs of your organization. Our Training Co-Ordinator will organize a one-to-one meeting or online meeting so that we will get to know your organization, the target audience and your training needs. Following this meeting, we will develop a customized training programme and we would then of course look forward to delivering the training in a location convenient for your organization.
